CMA FAQs
CMA stands for Certified Management Accountant. It is a U.S. based globally recognized certification offered by the Institute of Management Accountants.
The scores on the CMA exam are expressed as scaled scores, ranging from 0 to 500, with 360 as the passing score and 500 as the maximum score.
Exam procedure involves the below mentioned steps
You can register for the exam by paying the registration fee and CMA certification fee
Once the required fee is paid, you will receive Registration acknowledgement form that will provide your authorization number, instructions for candidates along with access to the CMA exam support package
Schedule the exam with the prometric testing centre

Appear for exams at the scheduled dates
CMA can be pursued along with your graduation. IMA gives 7 years from the date of clearing the CMA exam to meet the remaining two requirements of the CMA certification; completing graduation and acquiring 2 years of work experience in the related field.
You must present proof of your ID for admission to the prometric center. The name on your ID must match exactly with the name on your authorization letter. ID can be a
Valid, signed, non-expired government-issued passport OR
Two original forms of non-expired identification, one with a photograph, both with your signature Or
A government-issued National country ID card with a photograph (with or without a signature), and another acceptable valid form of ID with a signature.
